As a creative technologist, I help companies to improve their User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), and Employee Experience (EX), in short: I help companies to build and improve their Digital Experience (DX) by applying Service Design principles and Design Thinking and by facilitating workshops and Design sprints, also I can help by coaching and hosting inspirational sessions.
Digital transformation is by definition holistic and is not about the updating of software, but is about focussed on strategic thinking about the client (human) and their context.
I am also co-owner of a local media platform Haerlems Bodem. I am an active judge for the Webby Awards and it’s sister award the Lovie Awards and, of course, I am an ambassador for Digital Fitness.
